Double Majors in Sustainable Energy Management

The BSc in Sustainable Energy Management consists of a core of Energy Studies units, with the remaining units as electives chosen from other programs with the University.

Energy Studies students are encouraged to use their electives to complete minors or double majors with another discipline. Double majors not only enable you to apply your Energy Studies knowledge in more depth in one particular area, but also further enhance your chances of employment.

There are a number of double majors with Sustainable Energy Management that are particularly recommended. These double majors are recommended as they have a particular complementarity with Sustainable Energy Management and are also areas of training sought after by industry in recent advertisements or graduate employment.

Some of the double majors will only be available by on campus attendance and these are marked by an asterisk (*). The other double majors are available externally via print-based correspondence or online.

Some double majors may take longer than the time required to complete a single major degree. Some programs are subject to a quota and students seeking to do a double major with these programs will need to meet the entry requirements of the quota-limited program. For more information on programs with a quota see the university handbook
